Customer care

 

In order to keep your item in prime condition, we recommend you follow these important care rules:

 Keep your item away from a heating source or exposed to direct sunlight.

We use high quality fabrics, some of them made of natural fibers and they require gentle care,

therefore, we recommend for cushion cases cleaning use dry clean only.

While ordering, please consider that there may be up to 1.2-inch (3 cm) difference

between the informational size to the provided item.

different textiles have a different stretch in the manufacturing process.

Keep in mind that item colors may appear slightly different on different screens.

Shipping & handling

 

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

If the item of your choice is in stock - it will be processed and delivery ready in up to three business days.

If the item you chose is in stock-it will be processed in 3 business days.

 If the item you chose is out of stock, it will be ordered from the studio and will be shipped in 2-3 weeks.

 

You are welcome to pick up your order independently from our studio at Alfasi s. 33 TLV.

 free of charge and after getting a notification that your order is ready.

 

All orders are tracked, so you will be provided with the tracking number once your order is placed.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to have it expressly delivered.

All our products are sent well packed and waterproof, as leaving the studio.

 

Shipping internationally can mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. 

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost post packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Exchange

 

Custom made orders cannot be exchanged or refunded because of a change of mind.

If the item is faulty, we must be notified and have the item sent back within 14 days of purchase.

Where a fault has occurred, we are happy to issue a refund, or repair your item, but please ensure you treat your items gently and with care.

 

Please note that in any case of returning the shipping, cost is at your expense.

Before returning your item, make sure that the items are in the same condition you received them in, with identification tag and waterproof packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
